Description
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees, and if needed, an olive grove of 100 olives can be purchased as well. The house is located just a few kilometers from the town of Loreto Aprutino, with good road connections providing quick access to both the coast in Pescara and the beautiful countryside leading up to the mountains.
The villa has been completely rebuilt, with two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large elongated living room with an open fireplace and kitchen, each with its own entrance. Opposite the kitchen, there is a small pantry room. In the middle of the room next to the fireplace, a sliding door leads to the staircase. To the left, there is a bathroom and a bedroom, while to the right, there is another bedroom.
On the first floor, there is another bedroom, a bathroom, a small room, and a large panoramic terrace offering breathtaking views of the hills, olive groves, and mountains.
The house also includes a large storage room with driveway that can be used as a garage, and an ancient silo that could easily be converted into a great wine cellar.
Loreto Aprutino boasts one of the most beautiful historic centers in the area, known for its winding streets in the well-preserved old town center and as one of the most important places in the “golden triangle of olive oil”. In fact, this is where the first DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) area in Italy was established. The town also features a famous Romanesque church, an olive oil and automobile museum, various restaurants, and shops
