This cozy little house is situated in the countryside of Montesilvano. It is a two-level home accessed via a private road. Although small, with each floor measuring only 30 square meters, the first floor of the house has been fully renovated and is ready to move into. There is potential to enlarge the house by adding an additional 30 square meters, which can be achieved by modifying the roof.

On the ground floor, there is also a 30-square-meter cellar.

The property is surrounded by approximately 3,000 square meters of land, featuring a beautiful olive grove.

This is a very peaceful place, and although it is situated close to the center of Montesilvano, it is surrounded by nature in fact, the surrounding land is protected, and construction is not permitted.
