Description
The spacious stone house is located within the old tower of the historic village center of Farindola, in the heart of the Gran Sasso National Park. Nestled among green hills and at the foot of impressive mountain ranges, it offers an authentic holiday atmosphere, full of peace, nature, and character.
The property is accessible via a pedestrian stairway and is spread over two levels. The ground floor features a generous kitchen with a fireplace, a living room, a bathroom, and a large bedroom. On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a spacious panoramic terrace, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, stretching all the way to the Corno Grande (2,912 m), the highest peak of the Apennines – a natural panorama of exceptional beauty.
The house is in need of renovation: the roof must be repaired, the electrical and plumbing systems updated, and some windows and doors replaced.
