This beautiful stone property is located in Bolognano, the gateway to the Maiella, in the stunning Orta Valley. The village is surrounded by nature and offers a particularly peaceful setting.

The house is ready to move into: the plumbing, electrical, water and heating systems have all been completely renewed, as well as the structure and roof, which have been recently restored. The front door has been brought back to its original state, while the windows have been replaced with PVC frames fitted with mosquito screens.
