The house is situated above the village, on a gentle southeast-facing slope, offering panoramic views over the rolling hills and towards the Majella mountain range. The Adriatic coast is just under 40 km away. The location is ideal: at an elevation of 500 meters, close to the mountains and the major national parks of the region.

Set in a peaceful position on the edge of the forest, the property features a private gated entrance, a spacious garage, and is surrounded by a plot of approximately 1,500 m².
