La casa delle Arance

The large two-level house is conveniently located approximately 1 km from the town of Crecchio and about 9 km from the Adriatic coast. A portion of the garden is situated between the road and the house. The village road is not very busy, but it benefits from having a public bus line that passes through it. On the south side of the house, there is a spacious terrace and a 1000 sqm olive grove. Below the terrace, there is a garage measuring 100 square meters, which is accessible through a convenient driveway entrance. The garden also contains several orange and mandarin trees.

On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen on the right side with direct access to the terrace, as well as a utility kitchen with a fireplace. On the left side, there is a bedroom and a spacious living room. At the end of the corridor, there is a staircase that leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom.

The coast can be easily reached, and there is a picturesque bike path along the shore, which was created from the conversion of the old railway route.
