Traditional elements such as vaulted ceilings and colorful gres tile floors have been preserved, giving the house a distinctive and authentic charm.
The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a bathroom, and two rooms with vaulted ceilings.
On the upper floor, there is a generous living area with a kitchenette and open fireplace, a second bathroom, and a large bedroom.
Behind the house, an outbuilding contains a shed and a workshop. A private path leads from the garden to an olive grove with approximately 30 centuries-old trees. The land includes an olive grove, of which approximately 500 square meters are buildable land.
The building requires general renovation; in particular, the technical systems, plumbing, and electrical installations are outdated and need to be brought up to modern standards. Nevertheless, the structural condition appears to be sound.
