The house is located in a quiet rural area, in the heart of the picturesque Abruzzo countryside, surrounded by a beautiful landscape of olive groves and vineyards. The location offers the peace and beauty of country living while remaining just a five-minute drive from the nearest towns and around thirty minutes from the Adriatic coast, where the main services can be found.
