A small townhouse ideal for athletes and cycling enthusiasts, in a perfect location for excursions and bike tours. The small house is situated on the outskirts, offering convenient parking and a bike storage room. There are three floors: on the ground floor is the large cellar, which has been used as a workshop and storage space; on the elevated ground floor is the living kitchen, featuring an open fireplace and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, which has the bedroom. The stairs leading to the apartment are relatively high and have kept the previous residents fit.

The house has its own gas supply, as well as water and electricity connections. Naturally, the sanitary facilities are not up to date, and some renovation work will need to be done. However, the house was recently occupied and is still lovingly maintained.

The house is in need of renovation; dampness is present, and the roof, electrical systems, and sanitary facilities also require updating.
