The City Apartment in Chieti is located in an extremely central yet easily accessible area — the city center is just a few steps away. All essential shops, museums, parks, and public transport connections are within easy walking distance.

The building, typical of Chieti, is situated on a hillside, so the main entrance is on the first floor. The apartment itself is on the second floor and is accessible via a private staircase.

The living area is flooded with natural light, and the high ceilings of the historic building lend the spacious rooms a distinctive residential quality. The apartment features an open-plan kitchen, a generous living room with a small balcony, two bathrooms — one with a shower, the other with a bathtub — and three bedrooms. Part of the attic also belongs to the apartment and can be reached via a pull-down ladder.

The apartment is located in a small condominium with only three owners, directly accessible from the street via a small private bridge that requires renovation work.
