This apartment is located in a small house consisting of only three residences, situated in a small hamlet of Caramanico, called San Vittorito, in the heart of the Majella. It is a place where you can enjoy great tranquility, surrounded by nature and trees.

The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small storage room, a rather high attic, and a living room-kitchen that opens onto a large terrace.

The house requires some restyling work.

San Vittorito retains an authentic atmosphere, with traditional architecture featuring stone houses and narrow streets that evoke a rural past. The hamlet is a symbol of the simple and genuine life of Abruzzo in times gone by. The hamlet is a short distance from the main center of Caramanico Terme, known for its sulfurous water and for its cultural and gastronomic offerings.

The Majella National Park (Parco Nazionale della Majella) is a protected area that spans over 740 square kilometers. The Park is a paradise for hikers, offering numerous trails that range from beginner-friendly to challenging. Some trails lead to ancient hermitages nestled into the rocks. During the colder months, the Majella offers opportunities for skiing and snowshoeing.
