This is a typical village apartment. Upon entering, you are greeted by a very cozy living area with a lovely eat-in kitchen, a fireplace, and a room that can be used as an office or reading room, featuring a small balcony with a view of the surrounding landscape. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The heating is autonomous with city gas. Some windows need to be replaced or restored, and the walls need repainting in some areas.

About the location

Alanno is a beautiful town with a typical Abruzzese town center, located 300 meters above sea level, well maintained by its residents. Various traditional festivals are held throughout the year. It is well connected by public transportation, both train and bus.
