Charming little semi-detached house in the ancient village of Ofena.

The house consists of an entrance that serves as both a kitchen and living room with a storage closet. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a small bathroom and two balconies overlooking the alley and surrounding mountains. The basement features a spacious cellar connected to the house’s entrance by a trapdoor. With the installation of an internal staircase through the existing trapdoor, it could be connected to the main living unit.

Outside, there is a lovely small garden with a beautiful fig tree that just needs to be cleared of weeds to return to its former glory. The house is accessible by car and has an internet connection.
