Description
Fabrizio owns two beautiful properties in the picturesque medieval village of Pretoro.
The first is a cozy, fully renovated little house. Entering from a small balcony, you find a charming stone room equipped with a small kitchen and a bed, and to one side, a compact bathroom with a shower.
On the lower floor, accessible from the outside, there is a cellar carved into the rock that could be renovated and potentially used as an additional room. Fabrizio renovated this little house with great care, deliberately leaving some of the stonework exposed inside.
In the same external courtyard lies the second property: a three-story stone house of about 100 square meters, completely in need of renovation.
The property also includes a beautiful adjacent plot of land of approximately 170 square meters.
This place offers a beautiful view of the valley and, once the overgrown vegetation on the land is cleared, a view of the sea as well.
