The small house is perfect for mountain holidays and trips out of town. It has a small garden of approximately 300 square meters, completely fenced with a driveway gate accessible from the road. The area is quiet and known for the beauty of the Voltigno plateau mountain, as well as the numerous restaurants and exceptional panoramic views towards the Adriatic Sea. The house features two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Although it does not have a heating system, there are two fireplaces and a water heater for the shower. The entire house has been internally covered with wooden planks, the foundations have been reinforced, and the floor has been renovated with appropriate insulation against humidity.
